Most electricians have heard that AI can save them paperwork. Fewer have sat down and tried, because it's not obvious where to start, and because there's a real risk that the tool invents numbers that look correct.

This course solves both issues. You can read it in about an hour, or spend an evening if you work on your own jobs along the way — which you should.

We follow Løvås Elektro AS through one specific job: upgrading the electrical system in a detached house from 1978. From Andreas on a site visit with his phone in hand, until the system is handed over, invoiced, and followed up. You'll see how the site visit notes from Module 3 become the documentation in Module 4 and the follow-up in Module 5.

If you have people in the field, Module 8 is what you'll get the most out of. It shows how someone at the customer's site can speak for thirty seconds and send a tidy basis to the office, how the office staff turn it into a quote, and how the technical manager checks it before signing. It also shows how several people can log hours in the same list, and what needs to be clarified on Friday instead of six weeks later. The module clearly states what the AI tool cannot do: two people cannot work in the same conversation, so the actual collaboration happens in a file area you already have.

The course is strict on one point, and that is intentional. The tool should never guess numbers. It should write [MISSING] instead, so you can see exactly where you need to step in. Declaration of conformity, final inspection, and everything you sign as the technical manager, are outside the scope — the course states this directly, several times.

You don't need any prior knowledge or software. A phone or PC and an AI service are sufficient. The free version is enough to complete the course.
